AVance Flooring

We are so happy we found AVANCE flooring to do our whole house of approximately 2400sq ft in luxury vinyl. The job included tearing out old tile and carpet, replacing rotten sub floor, and of course the installation of the LVP. We originally only planned to have the upstairs level of our house of 1200 sq ft done. Once the upstairs was completed we also decided to hire Avance flooring to complete the lower level of our house. We are so satisfied with the outcome of the job. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have flooring needs. We cannot recommend Avance enough!

Alex and his team did an incredible job, not only refurbishing my existing hardwood floors, but also matching and installing two adjacent rooms with new hardwood flooring so the entire level of the home flowed seamlessly. On another level, I had a large concrete crack which ran across the entire floor. Alex was able to caulk and seal the crack in preparation for the LVP flooring. Alex was always courteous, professional and prompt with text responses of any questions or concerns I may have had. Pleasure to work with.

I contacted Alex and he came out and assessed the situation and laid out a detailed plan. Everything came together just as it was projected. We had Alex do some vinyl plank flooring for us when we moved into our house and he did a phenomenal job! Our house feels like brand new and Alex is a professional! All the boards were placed very tight and very clean around the edges. He was super cleanly and cleaned up when he was finished! Everything flows very seamlessly too!
